Any fad or extreme food trend followed with the intention to lose weight is called a diet (think of all the possible diets you have ever heard of!)

Start by including healthy options as a habit, a simple way to do this is by focusing on the things you can eat more of:
• Fruits
• Vegetables
• Drinking more water
This along with increased physical activity should be our focus.
Enjoy all foods in moderation and without guilt. If we create a positive association with food and pay attention to our bodies cues, we will have a much better understanding of our body and what it needs, not wants! We will be able to make lifelong positive healthy changes by learning what makes us feel healthier and happier.
